Sie haben in dem Fall den besonderen Inhalt zur Kenntnis nehmen, beziehungsweise kopieren können und haben damit den Kauf endgültig bestätigt.
Wenn Sie Ihr Recht, Jan Voerman innerhalb von 6 Monaten Fragen zu stellen, nicht wahrnehmen, werden Sie kein Recht auf (teilweise) Rückerstattung des Kaufpreises beanspruchen können.
Wenn der Selbsthilfe-Führer beim Versand dermaßen beschädigt worden ist, dass Sie diesen nicht akzeptieren wollen, erhalten Sie kostenlos ein neues Exemplar zugesendet.

This means you could have then had the opportunity to take cognizance of the special content and/or copy it so this indicates a definite acceptance of the sale.
If you do not make use of your right to ask Jan Voerman any questions within 6 months you are not entitled to any refund of or part of the paid price.
Should the guide be damaged during postage and you choose not to accept it in its damaged state, we will send you a new copy without any additional charge.
