Your right to have your money returned within the 14 days mentioned in the General Conditions becomes invalid if the seal of the plastic sealbag is broken. This means you could have then had the opportunity to take cognizance of the special content and/or copy it so this indicates a definite acceptance of the sale.
If you do not make use of your right to ask Jan Voerman any questions within 6 months you are not entitled to any refund of or part of the paid price.
Should the guide be damaged during postage and you choose not to accept it in its damaged state, we will send you a new copy without any additional charge.
